Edward F. Morris, esq.

Attorney Edward Morris (Ted) has been practicing law in the seacoast area for thirty years. A member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar Associations, Ted earned a juris doctor with honors from Suffolk University Law School (1989) and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Michael’s College (1986). For over 30 years, Ted has been advising a range of clients in a variety of industries, from family-run businesses to mid-size and large corporations. His practice areas include estate planning and administration, representation of banking institutions and private lenders, commercial real estate and development, zoning, planning and land use. Ted is proficient in negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, restrictive covenants and related documents for complex commercial real estate transactions as well as residential transactions. A seasoned attorney with three decades of experience managing day-to-day legal challenges, Ted has the skill set and perspective necessary to effectively assist his clients in accomplishing their objectives.

Eugene R. Geary, esq.

Of counsel attorney Eugene Geary (Gino) specializes in child welfare law; personal injury; special education law; civil litigation; criminal defense; domestic relations; and landlord/tenant conflict resolution. Gino is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is a 1992 graduate of St. Michael’s College and a 1996 graduate of Suffolk University Law School.

As our Senior Real Estate Paralegal, Bethany is well versed in all aspects of real estate closings. Bethany, who has more than twenty years of paralegal experience, earned her bachelor’s degree in 1997 from Becker College and joined Morris Law in 2004. Bethany works on all of our real estate closings, commercial and residential, and provides paralegal support on other Morris Law legal matters.

Melissa Morris Danisch, Paralegal

Melissa Morris Danisch joined Morris Law Office in the fall of 2021 as a paralegal. She is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts for more than 30 years and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Melissa earned a juris doctor from Suffolk University Law School and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in history from Macalester College. Melissa’s practice areas include estate planning and administration, representation of banking institutions and private lenders, commercial and residential real estate and development. She has an extensive background as a volunteer and board member for nonprofit organizations and in local government. Melissa is a current member of the Andover MA Select Board (2022-Present).
